About the Teaching Assistant Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

As a Teaching Assistant you wil work collaboratively with teachers to deliver personalised learning
As a Teaching Assistant you will support pupils' educational, social, and emotional development
As a Teaching Assistant you will assist with medical needs and personal care
As a Teaching Assistant you will promote independence and communication using specialist strategies
As a Teaching Assistant you will create a safe, stimulating, and respectful learning environment

Flexible, energetic, and resilient approach
Commitment to supporting pupils with high levels of need
Ability to work as part of a team and follow individual learning plans
Experience in SEN settings is desirable but not essential
