Are you passionate about making a positive impact on children's educational journeys? We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team at a reputable primary school in Portsmouth as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant.

Responsibilities of the Level 3 Teaching Assistant:

• Teaching Assistant will assist in the planning and implementation of tailored learning programs
• Teaching Assistant will support small group activities, ensuring all students can actively participate
• Teaching Assistant will foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in a relevant field, such as Teaching Assistant or Early Childhood Education
• Proven experience supporting children in a primary school setting
• In-depth knowledge of various learning difficulties and strategies to address individual needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong rapport with students
• Ability to work effectively within a team, supporting colleagues and collaborating on student progress
• A commitment to promoting a safe and nurturing learning environment
