Reception Teacher needed for primary school in Portsmouth

Reeson Education are working with a Primary School and Nursery at the heart of a thriving and diverse local community. The Schools aim is for the children to leave with kindness, high aspirations, and enthusiasm for learning. The primary school are looking for a dedicated reception teacher who is going to focus on the children's education and fit well into the team.

Recently graded 'good' by OFSTED, this primary school looking for someone with a background in EYFS and a passion for kickstarting the primary education.

As a reception teacher, your role will be imperative to the children's start in education. You will have full class responsibility and additional help within class support from teaching assistants and 1:1 LSAs'. You will be responsible for lesson plans and delivery, marking and adapting, classroom behaviour and general care of the children in your class. There will be ample PPA time and opportunities to joint plan with teachers in adjacent year groups.

• UK QTS - ECT applicants are also encouraged to apply
• UK based teaching experience and strong knowledge of the UK EYFS curriculum
