Teaching Personnel is supporting the school in recruiting dependable and confident educators to provide classroom cover as needed. This role is particularly well suited to Early Career Teachers seeking additional experience, experienced teachers looking for greater flexibility, or educators wishing to remain in the classroom while reducing workload.
As a substitute teacher, you will oversee pre-planned lessons, maintain a calm and productive learning environment, and ensure students remain engaged throughout the day. You will be expected to follow the school’s behaviour management and safeguarding procedures, collect completed work, and provide feedback to permanent staff when appropriate.
Educators working with Teaching Personnel benefit from flexible working patterns, with both advance bookings and short-notice opportunities available. Weekly pay is processed every Friday via PAYE, and you will receive ongoing support from a dedicated personal consultant.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
