Salary £24,774.40 actual (£28,712 FTE) term time only – for two terms.

To supervise classes for absent teachers to ensure the delivery of the classwork that has been set and effectively manage the behaviour of the students. To support the invigilation of student examinations and testing. Teaching and Learning is at the heart of what we do. Every decision is driven by its potential to impact on student learning. Our approach to teaching and learning is informed by robust research, constantly reviewed, and tailored to our unique context.
MainDuties and Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality learning experiences in line with the school’s Teaching and Learning principles and the CVA ethos.
- Ensure that all set work is completed to a high standard, maintaining a purposeful and structured learning environment.
- Use effective behaviour management strategies that reflect whole school policies and routines.
- Supervise work that has been set by the teacher and respond to any questions from students.
- Collect completed work after the lesson and pass to the appropriate teacher.
