Overview:
Firebrand Training Ltd, a global leader in accelerated learning, is seeking a fluent German-speaking freelance instructor to deliver high-quality project management training. The role involves teaching internationally recognised certifications such as PSM, PMP, PgMP , CAPM , and PRINCE2 to professionals across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Firebrand’s accelerated project management courses in German.
• Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions both online and in-person.
• Guide learners through exam preparation, case studies, and real-world project scenarios.
• Stay up to date with the latest methodologies and certification standards.
• Provide mentorship and support to learners.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PSM I/II, PgMP , CAPM).
• Proven experience in project management and professional training delivery.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with Firebrand’s accelerated learning model is a plus.
• Please note that the successful candidate will be required to undergo a basic DBS and certification check.
