Cornholme School in Portsmouth is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Leader to support the safeguarding, welfare and behaviour of pupils across the academy. You will work with the Senior Leadership Team and SENDCo to implement targeted strategies and monitor progress, ensuring a safe, inclusive environment for all children.
The role involves liaising with families, attending meetings with staff, governors and outside agencies, and providing one-to-one or group support as required.
