You will partner with the Head of Faculty to drive quality, curriculum development and learner outcomes while supporting staff through coaching and standardisation.
The role includes line management of lecturers and specialists, a teaching commitment of up to 7.5 hours weekly, and opportunities to shape apprenticeship and 16-19 provision
