Engage Education Ltd. is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Buckinghamshire primary school. You will support SEND pupils, gain a fully funded Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, and earn from day one with pay £10–£13 per hour.
The role offers school-based training, mentoring, and potential progression to Level 4 HLTA, with full support from Engage Education throughout the programme. This is a full-time apprenticeship starting September 2026.
