The Isle of Wight College is seeking an Employer Account Officer to drive apprenticeship recruitment and short course development. You will build and nurture relationships with local employers, identify training needs, secure apprenticeship opportunities and support delivery of high-quality courses.
As the primary contact for employers, you’ll host events, coordinate placements and support job fairs, delivering tailored learning solutions and employment initiatives to meet recruitment targets.
