My New Term is seeking a Deputy Headteacher to provide strategic and operational leadership across the school, ensuring outstanding teaching and learning and positive outcomes for all pupils.
They will deputise for the Headteacher, work with staff, governors, trust leaders and partners to secure excellence, develop an ambitious curriculum, and drive the Academy's Journey to Excellence plan, with child-centred leadership at the core.
