City of Portsmouth College is seeking a SEND Transitional Coach to support students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities as they move from school to further learning and employment. The role shapes enrichment and enterprise programmes to boost confidence and employability, working with staff, parents, and external partners.
You will run cross-college SEND events, plan progression activities, and collaborate with marketing to create information resources for students and families.
