Academics Ltd is seeking an experienced SENCo for a large primary school in Portsmouth. The role focuses on leading the SEND provision for pupils with autism, driving inclusive practice, and coordinating with senior leaders, staff, families and external agencies to ensure high-quality support and progress.
The successful candidate will hold QTS, either NASENCo or be ready to work towards it, and bring proven SENCo or SEND leadership experience with a strong understanding of autism.
