Bim Coordinator

Urgent requirement for a Bim Co-ordinator or BIM Manager to undertake a contract position in Portsmouth.

Applicants will need active Security Clearance at application.

Due to the nature of programme being undertaken, this role is 100% onsite in Portsmouth.

Required Skills:

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in BIM coordination, preferably within defence, infrastructure, or security-sensitive environments

* Proven expertise with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, and related BIM tools

* In-depth knowledge of ISO 19650, PAS 1192, and MOD-specific BIM protocols

* Experience managing federated BIM models with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and security

* Proficiency with Common Data Environments (CDEs) and structured data management

* Strong understanding of clash detection, model audits, and quality assurance processes

* Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team leadership

* Degree or equivalent qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline
