Systems Engineer
Certain Advantage is hiring for a Systems Engineer based in the Portsmouth area. This role is on a contract basis and is hybrid-based.
Our client is a manufacturing business in the aerospace sector that designs, manufactures and delivers industry‑leading commercial aircraft, and also operates a separate Space and Defence division.
We are looking for a Systems Engineer who is ambitious, results‑oriented, and ready to make an impact. The candidate will work in a small, experienced and collaborative team, and be responsible for:
- Systems engineering process, culture, competency and discipline on day‑to‑day business activities, enabled by adequate methods & tools products and services.
- All aspects of the system lifecycle.
We’re looking for people who can show:
- Business or mission analysis
- System requirements definition
- System analysis and architecture definition
- Design definition, verification, validation & integration
The benefits:
- Hourly rate of circa £60 per hour via umbrella company
