As a Project Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality IT infrastructure projects. You’ll design, install, and configure server, storage, and network environments, provide technical pre-sales input, and act as an escalation point for complex technical issues. This is a hands‑on role that combines technical consultancy, project delivery, and 3rd line support.

• Proven experience deploying and supporting servers, storage, and LAN/WLAN networks.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Experience with backup and recovery systems in virtualised environments (e.g., Veeam).
• Skilled in firewall and web filter configuration and network authentication (e.g., Radius).
• Ability to produce detailed technical documentation and design proposals.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with a methodical, customer‑focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationally.

• Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Knowledge of HPE server/storage, Aruba networking, and Smoothwall appliances.
• Understanding of SD-WAN technologies and cloud-integrated solutions.
• Previous experience in technical pre-sales or consultancy.
