Join The Cadillac Formula 1® Team as a Production Delivery Manager in Silverstone and help shape the future of a brand-new F1® team backed by TWG Global and GM. You’ll be at the heart of getting us on the grid - managing parts delivery, manufacturing schedules, and production flow across engineering. If you bring strong engineering knowledge, experience in manufacturing or motor sport, and thrive in high-performance environments, this is your chance to be part of a culture built on bold ambition, innovation, and teamwork.

  • Process design releases into manufacturing to meet build and development targets
  • Maintain stock levels and schedule re‑orders of existing parts, coordinating manufacturing schedules to ensure all project targets are achieved
  • Ensure on‑time delivery of parts across designated engineering sections, handling engineering changes and managing Bills of Materials (BoMs)
  • Report production progress and issues proactively to stakeholders
  • Identify and report deviations from project plans to manage risks and set realistic expectations
  • Develop a thorough understanding of and contribute to the ongoing development of the company’s ERP system
Requirements What do we need from you?
  • Strong understanding of basic engineering principles, with a good knowledge of machining and composite manufacturing processes
  • Deep understanding of engineering drawings and specifications
  • Prior experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams
  • Ideally experience working in high-performance teams such as motor sport or aerospace
  • Familiarity with Bill of Materials management
A team like no other.
