Henderson Brown Recruitment is seeking an experienced Engineering Team Leader for a hands-on shift role at a well-established FMCG manufacturer in Leicestershire. You will own the engineering function on shift, ensuring equipment runs reliably and downtime is minimized while driving improvements through proactive maintenance.
The role requires a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering, prior team leadership, and NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
