Omega invites applications for a Contract Mechanical Engineer role based in Cumbria, Barrow. You will design high‑reliability subsea connectors, pressure housings and sealing systems for HPHT and deep‑sea environments, using Creo/Pro-E and FEA tools.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will drive design decisions balancing performance with cost efficiency, produce detailed drawings and BOMs, and support testing and installation across projects in the energy sector.
