IC Resources is assisting a client in Leominster to appoint a Principal Antenna Engineer in a senior technical leadership role. You will oversee antenna and RF product development from concept through to manufacture, and lead complex engineering programmes.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, perform CST-based modelling and provide design authority while mentoring engineers and supporting customer engagements.
