CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an electrical maintenance professional in the United Kingdom to respond to breakdowns, perform routine maintenance, and diagnose power quality issues.
You will test emergency lighting and fire alarm systems, interpret technical drawings, and coordinate upgrades with subcontractors in line with CBRE policies. You will also monitor environmental conditions and equipment loading, identify root causes, and keep accurate site logs.
