The Senior Product Design role is a full-time permanent position, reporting to the Head Of Design who is based out of Sydney. It will involve collaboration with a globally distributed team, but you’ll collaborate predominantly with a remote team based in the UK.

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll be steering your team through solution discovery, prototyping with code, testing your ideas with customers, then partnering with engineering to ship your designs. We’re looking for designers who are skilled throughout the whole product lifecycle, and adept at leveraging AI to increase the speed, quality and scope of their work. You’ll work in close partnership with product managers and software engineers in a cross functional team, to craft beautiful, simple, intuitive user experiences for our global software platform.

Your designs will reach customers in 130 countries, and help accelerate the world’s shift to clean energy.

• End-to-end design
  :
  Execute design work across the full lifecycle: from articulating problems, exploring solutions, then shipping world class products to customers
• Problem solving
  :
  Balancing business goals with what users actually need, and figuring out the best way to make both work together.
• Proficiency leveraging AI in the design process: You're adept at using AI to explore research, prototype and even ship your ideas.
• UX thinking
  :
  Visualising flows, systems, and structures that underpin the product and help the team understand the layers of the problem space.
• Product thinking: Thinking deeply about how we win in the market, creating solutions that drive adoption, retention and business outcomes.
• Collaboration
  :
  Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Testers to build, ship and iterate on designs which achieve a high level of craft.
• Design research & product discovery
  :
