Portsmouth Theatres is seeking a Casual Duty Manager to take full responsibility for the building, customers, staff and contractors during show mode, acting as lead duty manager for scheduled shows.
You will effectively assist the Guest Experience Management with the practical operation of the Guest Experience Team, ensuring the highest standard of customer care and appropriate staffing levels across events and shows. This role is primarily evening and weekend work.
