Finance Manager

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will lead on delivering insightful financial analysis and robust reporting that underpins commercial performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive finance professional who enjoys challenging the norm and driving improvements.

What will the Finance Manager role involve?

Oversee the production of accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring clarity for both financial and non-financial audiences.
Analyse trends in profitability and performance to identify risks and opportunities, supporting key business decisions.
Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Drive improvements in reporting processes, including automation and the use of tools such as Power BI.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide actionable insights that enhance commercial outcomes.
Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and present findings to senior management.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:

Proven experience in a finance management or senior analyst role within a commercial environment.
Strong technical skills, including advanced Excel and experience with data analysis tools (Power BI highly desirable).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
A proactive, adaptable approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
Professional qualification (CIMA/ACCA) or equivalent experience preferred.
