Finance Business Partner

Professional Services Group based in Portsmouth, Hampshire, has an opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join the business to undertake a proactive role in shaping business strategy and driving performance through financial modelling and support decision making.

• Supporting the production of the 5 year business plan through liaison with key stakeholders throughout the business to understand critical performance indicators.
• Assist with annual budgeting process, undertaking monthly reviews and providing detailed commentary on any variances.
• Supporting the senior leadership team in driving strategic commercial initiatives including providing analysis on new potential revenue streams.
• Development of financial modelling for the Group and undertaking a review of the financial forecasting process, implementing effective improvements where necessary.

• The successful applicant will hold a full accountancy qualification with a proven track record of business partnering which will be supported by a strong all round technical set.
• With the extensive liaison with both internal and external stakeholders that will be required to undertake the role successfully, candidates will need exceptional communication skills.
• Applicants will also need to be able to demonstrate their ability to adapt quickly within a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• The role will be offered on a hybrid working basis with the successful candidate expected to attend the office 3 days a week.
