Head Of Paraplanning About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Paraplanner to join our growing financial planning team. This is an opportunity to work closely with high-net-worth clients, averaging £1 million in assets, across pensions, investments, and estate planning.

You will be integral in supporting advisers and clients while also owning the role
, bringing initiative, technical insight, and independent judgment to the business.

• Provide full paraplanning support to advisers and clients.
• Prepare detailed cash flow modelling, proposals, and transfer analysis
  .
• Draft clear and compliant suitability reports
  .
• Work extensively on pension consolidations, tax‑free cash planning, and estate planning
  .
• Conduct technical research across pensions, investments, and tax planning.
• Liaise with product providers, clients, and advisers to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Take ownership of cases from start to finish, ensuring a high standard of delivery.

• 4+ years’ experience in a paraplanning role.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency in pensions, investments, and estate planning.
• Pension transfers and consolidations.
• Preparing suitability reports.
• Strong understanding of tax‑efficient planning strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
