What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

Acting as a key finance link for operational contracts, providing strategic insights and financial analysis to influence decision-making

Developing strong relationships with operational managers and site teams, combining commercial acumen with a practical understanding of the business needs

Leading financial reporting processes including management accounts, forecasts, and variance analysis, ensuring timeliness and accuracy to support business performance

Managing working capital, balance sheet reconciliations, and co-ordinating internal controls to mitigate financial risks

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by analysing financial data and driving operational efficiencies

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:

Hold a professional accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA, or ACCA)

Demonstrate proven experience in business partnering within the construction industry or related sectors

Possess excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels

Have a proactive attitude with the ability to interpret complex financial information and deliver clear insights

Show leadership qualities, including coaching and developing team members in a fast-paced environment
