Our client, a UK professional services firm offering audit, tax, advisory and consulting services, is looking for a Corporate Finance Executive to join its Lead Advisory team in Maidstone, Kent. What The Job Involves This is a broad and varied role spanning both Transaction Support and Lead Advisory work. On the transaction side, you'll assist with the planning and execution of due diligence assignments, prepare data book analysis, and critically evaluate financial information to identify trends and outliers.

On the advisory side, you'll get involved in report writing, financial modelling, M&A analysis, and supporting pitches and presentations for new business, while building relationships with banks, lawyers and other local intermediaries.
