Whatwill the Treasury Manager role involve?
- Leading cash and liquidity management to ensure optimal cash flow and forecasting accuracy, aligning with the company s strategic objectives
- Managing banking relationships and credit facilities, including negotiations and compliance with loan agreements, to support ongoing operational needs
- Analysing cash flow variances and preparing detailed reports to inform senior management decisions
- Collaborating on short-term investments of surplus cash to maximise returns while maintaining risk controls
- Driving improvements in treasury processes and systems, fostering automation, and enhancing financial controls to support business growth
- Proven experience in treasury management, ideally within retail or during significant corporate changes such as mergers or refinancing
- Professional qualifications such as ACT, AMCT, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on cash flow forecasting, variance analysis, and covenant reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and experience working with financial institutions or parent companies
- Technically proficient with treasury systems, with a passion for automation and process improvement
