What you will do:

• Conduct assessments and develop safeguarding plans to support and protect at-risk adults
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care is delivered
• Manage a caseload efficiently, maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and external agencies
• Conduct safeguarding investigations and attend relevant meetings and reviews
• Engage with service users and their families to develop trust-based working relationships
