Patient Safety and Governance Healthcare Professional (Part Time)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Patient Safety and Governance healthcare Profession alto join our growing Quality & Governance team at an exciting time of change and development.
This part-time role offers a unique opportunity for a registered healthcare professional, such as a paramedic, pharmacist, nurse, or allied clinician, to apply their clinical expertise beyond direct patient care and influence safety, quality, and governance across primary and urgent care services. You will work across multiple sites and services, supporting two established organisations as they come together to form South Coast Alliance in April 2026.
Working closely with the Head of Clinical & Quality Delivery, you will play a key role in patient safety, clinical risk management, incident and complaint review, audit, policy development, and regulatory compliance, including CQC standards. You’ll be trusted to work autonomously, supported by an experienced leadership team, and given the opportunity to shape governance systems during a period of meaningful change. We offer flexible working, exposure to a wide range of clinical services, and the chance to make an impact on patient safety and quality at a system level.
