We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and flexible Community Public Health Nurse 5-19 (SCHPN) (formerly School Nurse) who enjoys the challenge of working with children and young people.
You will work from a variety of settings including schools, partner agencies and homes working flexibly and creatively to best engage and meet the diverse health needs of the 5-19 population, as part of the Portsmouth Public Health Nursing 5-19 team based at Portsmouth civic centre.
You will lead the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme (DH 2009) within the locality and provide professional leadership to a skill mix team to enable the efficient and effective delivery of the commissioned service.
