£13.97 to £16.69 per hour.

20:00-08:00 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday

Newcross Healthcare is recruiting a Community Paediatric Care Assistant in Portsmouth to support children and young people in their own homes.

Applicants must have previous experience supporting those with tracheostomy.

• Provide personal care and daily living support.
• Support children with their care needs.
• Support safe community access and promote independence.
• Ensure safety and follow detailed care plans accurately.

• At least six months of paid UK care experience.
• Previous experience supporting children or young people.
• Confidence supporting individuals with limited mobility.
• A valid driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• The right to work in the UK.
• Good spoken and written English.
