We’re a specialist recruitment consultancy operating across Interior Design & HVAC markets in the UK, US, and Europe. In just 4 years, we’ve grown to a team of 9 and we’re now scaling towards a team of 20

We’re not just hiring consultants, we’re developing future Team Leaders, Managers, and Directors.

• Competitive base salary (£27,000 – £32,000 DOE)
• Uncapped commission (up to 30%)
• Realistic Year 1 OTE: £40k–£60k+

• You’ll build and manage your own specialist market within Interior Design or HVAC recruitment.
• Build relationships with candidates and clients across the UK, US & Europe
• Develop new business and manage client accounts
• Run the full recruitment process from start to finish
