Carrington West is looking for an ambitious and motivated Associate Consultant to join our Buildings Contract team in Portsmouth.

What You'll Be Doing
Sourcing and speaking with candidates about job opportunities.
Building relationships with candidates and clients.
Matching candidates with suitable contract roles.
Developing specialist knowledge of your recruitment market.
Working towards targets and earning uncapped commission.
Progressing towards becoming a 360 Recruitment Consultant within your first 12 months.

No previous recruitment experience necessary.
Salary & Benefits
£26,500 starting salary + uncapped commission from day one.
Year 1 OTE £30k | Year 2 £ 50k | Year 3 £ 90k–£130k
