Electus Recruitment is seeking a Training and Requirements Lead for a 6-month contract based in Portsmouth. In this role, you will shape immersive training solutions by managing Training Needs Analysis and producing comprehensive requirements documentation.
This contract position requires Active Security Clearance and a background in project management with a STEM degree. You will work closely with engineering teams, oversee quality assurance, and represent the organization at industry events.
