• Proven experience delivering complex IT, Digital or Cyber Security projects
• Previous experience managing repository migration projects
• Strong understanding of Dev Sec Ops  principles and software development life cycles
• Experience working with Git Hub and repository management platforms
• Experience delivering projects involving JFrog Artifactory or similar tooling
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and associated technologies
• Strong project governance, risk management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with highly technical delivery teams

• Lead the delivery of a repository migration project within a wider Cyber Security Programme
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies
• Coordinate delivery across Cyber Security, Engineering, Infrastructure and Architecture teams
• Drive stakeholder engagement across both technical and business functions
• Manage third‑party suppliers and technology partners where required
• Ensure robust governance, reporting and project controls are maintained
• Support the adoption of modern Dev Sec Ops  practices and secure software delivery capabilities
• Provide regular project updates to programme leadership and key stakeholders

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a major Cyber Security Programme focused on enhancing security assurance, modernising software delivery tooling and improving Dev Sec Ops  capabilities across a large, complex organisation. This is an initial 6‑month contract at £575 inside IR35, with the likely duration extending to 12 months or more. The role is based in Portsmouth, ideally with 1‑2 days onsite each week.

We will be looking to move quickly and would like the right person to start within the next 4 weeks.
