Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
£65,000 - £75,000
We're working with a growing and well-established SaaS business currently looking to appoint a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to support and evolve a hybrid infrastructure environment spanning cloud and on-premise systems. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys working across both AWS cloud environments and traditional infrastructure, with a strong focus on performance, security, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Manage and support hybrid infrastructure across AWS and on-premise environments
- Optimise systems for performance, scalability, security, and cost
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve Dev Ops practices and automation
- Monitor infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability
- Maintain clear documentation and continuously improve processes
- Strong AWS infrastructure experience
- Strong Docker (ECS) experience
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, CDK
- Experience with Nagios
- Experience with Windows Server (IIS)
- Experience with Linux
- Experience with SQL Server
- Networking skills (switching, load balancing, and firewalls)
