Redline UK is seeking a Technical Customer Support & Repairs Technician (Reading) to diagnose and repair advanced electronic products and to manage the complete RMA lifecycle. You will work with customers and cross-functional teams to improve repair turnaround and customer satisfaction.
The role targets hands-on fault finding, testing and repair of embedded electronic systems with strong emphasis on documentation, customer communication and process improvement.
