Talent Locker is seeking a Release Train Engineer (SAFe) in Bournemouth. The role will coordinate delivery across a large portfolio, supporting 15–20 Agile teams and leading up to 10 Scrum Masters in a hybrid setup with two days in the office.
You will facilitate PI Planning and other scaled events, coach Scrum Masters and teams, and remove impediments to improve delivery quality and predictability. Strong stakeholder management and ongoing Agile improvement are essential.
