Randstad Technologies Recruitment is seeking a Digital Service Desk Analyst to support Trust staff on-site in Norwich or Chelmsford. The role involves handling IT incidents and service requests, including RA services and CMDB asset management, with an on-call rota. Full on-site, 37.5 hours/week, 3-month contract inside IR35.
Responsibilities include initial IT queries handling, ticket management, basic end-user support, and escalation of major incidents. ITIL Foundation is desirable.
