Reassured is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our growing IT team will provide hands-on support across hardware, software, networks and business systems to keep colleagues productive.
You'll handle 1st and 2nd line issues, manage tickets, and assist with technology rollouts and documentation. This role is office-based with travel to other offices, requiring proactive problem solving and excellent customer service.
