Spectrum IT are recruiting a Contract Service Desk Lead for a 3–6 month engagement based in Portsmouth. The role is onsite four days per week with occasional travel to London, and the assignment runs via Umbrella only.
You will lead a small Service Desk team, own day-to-day delivery, drive performance against targets, and balance hands-on technical support with team leadership. Strong ITIL knowledge and SQL prowess are highly valued.
