Spectrum IT Recruitment is assisting a large national UK client to hire a Contract Service Desk Lead for an initial 3-6 month on-site assignment in Portsmouth, Hampshire. The role requires working 4 days per week onsite with occasional travel to London head office, and engagement via Umbrella company only.
The ideal candidate will lead a small Service Desk team, manage day-to-day operations, and drive performance.
