Our client currently seeks a Sharepoint Support Specialist with expertise in Service Now to join their dynamic team on an initial 6 month contract. This role will be done on a Hybrid based working model (2 days on-site a week in London).

Technical Skills

Share Point site architecture, permissions model, and document libraries.
Experience with Service Now or similar ITSM tools for ticket management.
Basic knowledge of Power Automate
, Power Shell
, and Microsoft Teams integration with SharePoint.
Familiarity with content types
, metadata
, views
, and version control
.
Ability to analyse issues, reproduce problems, and provide clear and actionable resolutions.
Strong communication skills — able to explain technical solutions to non-technical users.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tickets efficiently.
Awareness of governance and data security principles in Microsoft 365 environments.
