You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the PROGRAM MANAGEMENT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (CODE 1531), ENTERPRISE BUSINESS SYSTEM DIVISION (CODE 1530), NAVAL SHIPYARD SUPPORT OFFICE (CODE 1500) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience managing program and resource strategies to ensure optimal use of all available resources. Experience representing the organization in various forums, providing technical and programmatic guidance, and influencing others on high-priority objectives. Experience communicating effectively as an authoritative spokesperson for the Command regarding depot maintenance operations and IT requirements. Experience and mastery of principles and concepts for conducting or directing program and project analysis and evaluation.

Experience and possess comprehensive knowledge of Federal, Department of Defense (DOD), and Navy procurement and contracting regulations, as well as the DOD/DON Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process. Experience in and understand the system development life cycle for information technology systems.
