ASAP About the Role We're supporting a major financial services organisation undergoing a large-scale automation and Dev Ops transformation programme across complex enterprise platforms. This is a senior engineering role focused on building resilient automation, modernising CI/CD capabilities and driving engineering best practices across a highly regulated environment. You'll work across automation, platform engineering, observability and governance, helping deliver scalable solutions at enterprise scale.
What You'll Be Doing Designing and delivering enterprise-scale automation solutions using Ansible and Python. Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub and Jenkins. Developing Infrastructure and Automation standards across complex environments. Integrating observability, monitoring and compliance capabilities into delivery pipelines. Supporting secrets management and secure automation practices using Hashi Corp Vault. Driving governance, quality controls and engineering best practices.
Mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership across delivery teams. What We're Looking For 10 years' experience within Dev Ops, Platform Engineering or Automation-focused roles. Strong Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) experience. Expertise with Jenkins, Git Hub and CI/CD pipeline development. Strong Python engineering capability.
Experience with Hashi Corp Vault, Nexus and API integrations. Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience. Experience working within highly regulated enterprise environments. Exposure to IBM Z environments, z/OSMF or zOAU would be highly advantageous. Why Join?
