Contract Service Designer | SC Cleared | Remote (UK) | £550/day Inside IR35 | Start ASAP
RMG Digital is working with a large technology consultancy that delivers digital services across UK government. They need an experienced Service Designer to join a live programme straight away.
The role- Lead service design across discovery and alpha, mapping end-to-end journeys across front and back office
- Run research with users and stakeholders, then turn the findings into service blueprints, journey maps and clear recommendations
- Work closely with user researchers, interaction designers, BAs and product managers in a multidisciplinary team
- Design services that meet the GDS Service Standard, and help the team get ready for assessments
- Present your work to senior stakeholders and keep everyone aligned on the user need
- Active SC Clearance. This is essential, as there's no time to sponsor clearance
- Good working knowledge of the GDS Service Standard and agile delivery
- Confidence running workshops and working with complex, multi-channel services
- Experience in defence, justice or national security would help, but isn't required
- 3-month initial contract, with a strong chance of extension
- Fully remote (UK based)
- Immediate start
