Supply Chain Coordinator

Working closely with the Commercial Manager and Supply Chain Planner, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day buying cycle, giving colleagues confidence that everything is under control. What you'll be doing:

• Managing the purchasing cycle from order through to delivery
• Raising purchase orders and maintaining the ERP system
• Monitoring stock levels and keeping key product lines on track
• Identifying potential supply issues before they impact customers
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure deliveries remain on schedule
• Resolving supply issues quickly and escalating where appropriate
• Supporting colleagues across the team during busy periods
• Building strong working relationships with suppliers and internal departments

You'll already have experience within purchasing, buying, supply chain or stock control and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

You'll also have:

• Experience using an ERP or stock management system
• Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong numerical and analytical ability
• The confidence to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Great communication skills and the ability to build positive supplier relationships
• A proactive mindset with the confidence to spot issues and solve them before they become problems
