- Be inducted at the start of your contract;
Atlas will train you within your first week on how to deliver the cleaning specification and use the equipment. - Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
- Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (full training provided).
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain health and safety standards at all times, with full preparation and guidance from Atlas.
- Work within a team that consistently goes the extra mile.
- An attitude to thrive, and cleaning experience (we can fully train you from scratch if you match our positive and thoughtful approach).
- The ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
- A basic level of spoken English for communication on safety and with members of the public and the management team.
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
- A right to work in the UK (please bring your evidence to the interview). This applies to both UK and non‑UK nationals.
- Enhanced DBS check required for this role.
- Two satisfactory references required as part of the recruitment process for this role.
